This website was created hoping that more people looking for the truth will find it. The motto is: question everything that you have been taught. Just because a tradition or belief has been handed down from generation to generation does not make it accurate or true. Here at Answered Scripture, we give the honest, bold truth that most people do not want to hear and few seek to find. Our answers are not based on some particular religion or sect but entirely founded within God’s words, the Bible.
Hard questions, or hard truths, are hard to come by. Being afraid to go against the norm, especially when it goes against most beliefs out there, is what we specialize in. We don’t sugarcoat anything and tell it like it is. If you don’t like something the bible clearly states, that’s too bad. We only state what God tells us from His word. What He said in the Bible is what we teach; we don’t change because it may hurt our feelings or go against how we want to live.
Over time, nothing has changed in the Bible, even though some would like to say it has. As Matthew 5:18 states, “For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled.” Another states that God is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). Unfortunately, some decide to change it according to how the majority thinks so that they can be liked or gather more followers. That is not how God works nor how we answer on this site.
